This distributor rotor arm transfers the high voltage generated by the ignition coil to each spark plug according to the engine firing order. It is designed for Bosch ignition distributor systems and incorporates an approximately 5 kOhm interference-suppression resistor, a 6650 rpm rev-limiting mechanism and a locating tab. It is mainly used on classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with M110-series six-cylinder petrol engines.
